Prof. Dr. (H.C.) K.H. Ma'ruf Amin is the 13th Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia after being elected with President Joko Widodo in the 2019 Presidential Election. Ma'ruf Amin has legislative experience from 1971 to 1999. He has also held various public positions, from the Chairman of the Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board, Chair of the Indonesian Ulama Council, to members of the Pancasila Ideology Development Board.
